"Kim helped me out with a seemingly insurmountable problem. She walked me through every step of the way, communicating with underwriters. This took a couple of attempts. She fully supported me and followed up to make sure when the policies were renewed, they were correct and had the right price. All told, it took about two months and I could not be happier with the outcome. My hats off to her. State Farm is a great company with exceptional customer service. We've been with them for 40 years."

"I've had State farm thrugh this agency for six years decent but to terminate my policy pre-phone call....I had issues with my bank was issued a new card and insurance fell thru the cracks faults on me...but from a local agent canceling my policy and then calling me is insane, call give me the chance to pay before you call and tell me you have already terminated my insurance...I'll gladly pay double over with Shaq at the general....good job K"
